- "Dennie came first and bought the house and property by the lake. Then came Rox next, and according to Dennie, Carl and Leslie came "about the same time". The guys all lived there together for some time (I don't know if Polly was there cooking for them or not) and when they began finding their own places to live then brought their wives up. Then when Dennie and Polly got another place Rox and Ruth bought the lake property from Dennie. "
