He lived in Gentry, Arkansas, after he married his second wife, Myrtle. He died March 9, 1947, and is buried in the Gentry cemetery “on the west side of the central road in the cemetery, to the right, about two-thirds of the distance into the cemetery. His grave is unmarked!” My family attended the funeral, and I was there, too, but I was a bit ill, and I stayed at the house in Gentry.
