Marge's second husband, Bill Ijams, was a Terre Haute native. I have no contact or genealogy records of either of her husbands. Marge lived there most of her life...then she and Bill built a home on Paint Mill Lake about 7 miles south of TH...then they began wintering in St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. Finally, cancer and other physical problems took her and she is buried in the big cemetery on TH east side (Highland Lawn). I can go right to her grave. I sort of hate her being buried there since she has no family near her.she is buried in the Ijams family plot. buried @ sea: 26.233333, -80.016667

Mr. Ijams was born in Terra Haute, IN, on September 4, 1917. He attended Rose Polytechnic Institute and The University of the South (Swanee). During World War II, Mr. Ijams served in the Army in the Philippines and in the occupation of Japan. He returned to civilian life in 1946, and he joined the Terra Haute First National Bank.
