  Obituary, The Corydon Democrat, Corydon, Harrison County, Indiana; Carl D. Laswell Died: Wednesday, November 10, 2010; Carl Duane Laswell, 61, English, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at 2:02 p.m. at his home. Born Sept. 26, 1949, at West Fork, he was the son of the late William and Olive Forbes Laswell. He was a graduate of Leavenworth High School and employed by Mi-Lin Wood Products in Paoli. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and Chester Laswell, and a sister, Betty Laswell. Survivors include two children, Shane Laswell of English and Carla Neal of Paoli; two brothers, Elmer Leon (Andy) and Bill Laswell, both of English; three sisters, Wanda Hawkins, Lorraine Laswell and Sharon Clofton, all of West Fork; and four grandchildren. Visitation: Saturday, Nov. 13, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 14, after 10 a.m. at Denbo Funeral Home in English. Funeral: Sunday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Eckerty. Officiant: The Rev. Kevin Stillwell.
