    • On this date, 8-12-12, Our Family lost a member, My Brother Ted W. Cox, left this world for a better place, at 9:00 A.M, his heart quit working, he had been ill for the last several weeks, and in out of the hospital and recovery home. We have no arrangement information at the moment. Sam Cox

      Ted W. Cox 66, of Terre Haute died August 12, 2012 at Terre Haute Health & Rehabilitation. Ted as born October 1, 1945 the son of David E. and Mary L. Cox. He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father Mary L. and James A. Davis, father and step-mother David E. and Lorretta J. Cox, and step-brother William (Bud) Davis. Survivors include his wife, Judith Cox of Terre Haute, brothers; Clifford Cox, Samuel (Rebecca) Cox all of Fontanet, sister Altha E. “Betty” Swiger of Terre Haute. Additional survivors include step-brothers Michael (Bernie) Earley of Terre Haute, Gilbert (Nancy) Davis of Brazil and Jim Davis of West Terre Haute, step-sisters, Sharon (Tom) Cooper of Terre Haute and Nancy Kirby of Fontanet, several nieces and nephews. A private Celebration of Life will be held. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Roselawn Memorial Park in North Terre Haute.
