- Richard "Dick" Motz, 60, St. Paul, Ind., died at 7:15 a.m. Monday, June 1, 1992, in the VA Hospital, Indianapolis. His death was unexpected.
He was born in Decatur County Aug. 30, 1931, the son of Romilda Motz Price. He was a truck driver and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He had resided in St. Paul since 1973, and before that he lived in Shelbyville, Ind. He was a member of the St. Paul Kiwannis. He was a lifetime member of the Moose Legion, the Moose Lodge and the American Legion, all of Greensburg.
On Sept. 24, 1955, he married Jean Yates, and she survives, St. Paul; with one half brother, Fred Price, Rushville, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his mother and a half brother.
The services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Glenn E. George Funeral Home, St. Paul, Ind., with the Rev. Bill Horner officiating.
Burial will be in the Paul Hill Cemetery.
