Notes - Margaret (Peggy) Wyatt Apple, 79, Leavenworth, died Saturday, June 5, at her home. Born June 8, 1930, in South Bend, she was the daughter of the late Stanley H. Wyatt and Mary Alice Goldman. She was a 1948 graduate of English High School, the former owner/operator of the Dock restaurant in Leavenworth and a member of the Grantsburg Community Church, Order of the Eastern Star and VFW Auxiliary in Corydon. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her hustand, Cedric Apple, and her grandparents who raised her, Jessie and Sallie Goldman. Survivors include four children, Wayne Apple, Margie Howerton, Kathy Apple and Charlene Andry; a brother, David Wyatt; a sister, Audrey Kendall; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Burial was in the Grantsburg Cemetery.
